I bought a new Porsche Cayenne from Walter's Porsche at the end of January 2012. The customer service I received from Tim Churchill was exemplary from the minute I spoke with him on the phone regarding a the end of January 2012. Tim reserved the car for me and for a month kept me informed of its transit from Germany to the USA. On the day I received the car, Tim drove approximately 170 miles to pick me up and take me to the dealership. Upon receiving the car, Tim spent approximately 2 hours explaining all of the features of the car to me and setting up all the controls to my liking. In addition Tim gave me his cell number and has been available for me to call at any time with questions about the car. I have purchased many new cars in my lifetime and have never received the exceptional quality of service I received from Tim. I highly recommend Tim to anyone interested in purchasing a Porsche and will absolutely call him again the next time I want to buy a Porsche.
