Our experience purchasing our Porsche Panamera "Platinum Edition" at Walters Porsche in the City of Riverside was phenomenal! To began with, our salesman, Tim Chruchill provided my husband and I "Platinum Edition" at Walters Porsche in the City of Riverside was phenomenal! To began with, our salesman, Tim Chruchill provided my husband and I with a wealth of information about the Porsche Panamera Vehicle, the different models, option packages, cost and financing. Tim was very knowledgable about the history of Porsche and told us what we could expect in terms of long term value if we choose to become the owners of a Porsche Panamera. Tim seem more concerned with making sure that my husband and I were educated about the vehicle than he was about making a sale. Tim took us on a test drive and provided a great overview of the vehicle operations. At the end of this visit we were given a brochure to take home for review and Tim Chruchill's business card. My husband and I really enjoyed the education and information we received without feeling pressured to simply purchase the vehicle at that time. A couple of weeks later when my husband and I made the decision to purchase the vehicle, we completed an online application through the Walters Porsche Website. Tim contacted us for additional information. I told Tim the vehicle, color, trim and options that we wanted in our vehicle and immediately Tim secured the vehicle for us. When we arrived to the dealership to complete the transaction to purchase our new car we were at the dealership less than two hours. Tim and the Walter's Porsche team offered us the vehicle at a price we thought was fair from the start. Therefore, we saved time by not having to go back and forth haggling over the price of the vehicle. Tim has a sales style that we trust and we feel really good about our purchase.
