I would like to commend the professionalism & excellent service that I have received with Cory Williams & Tim Churchill at Walter. Tim responded to my email enquiry back in June before my arr excellent service that I have received with Cory Williams & Tim Churchill at Walter. Tim responded to my email enquiry back in June before my arrival in the US. Cory showed me the CPO Cayman S on 2 July (as Tim was on leave). He is very accommodating to my request and always answered my email and telephone enquiries quickly. I decided to buy it after another test drive on 7 July. Tim explained how everything works when I came to collect the Cayman S on 8 July, from the documentation, issues of attention on regular maintenance, and how everything work in the car, including every switch, etc. I ended up spending about an hour at Walter before heading home. The Cayman is filled up with a full tank of petrol (gas) so that I don’t have to look for petrol station to refill the car before driving 30+ miles back home (note: I’m not familiar with the local area at all, and I used to drive on the right side of the road). I must say that I have FANTISTIC service from Cory and Tim, ... the best that I have ever have from a car dealer. They are NOT pushing what so ever, and have explained everything in great details. No wonder people say good things about Walter, etc. It is a pleasure to buy my first Porsche (& also my first car in the US) from Walter & I won’t hesitate to recommend Tim or Cory for anyone who is looking for their ‘pride & joy’. It is fun to drive the Cayman - I don’t have to go fast to have fun (it can still pull at low speed & high gear when the throttle is press slightly & it is really useable in town as well as freeway). I still have to get used to using the engine a bit more, ... after all, I have get used to turbo-charged engine. P.S. The after-sales service of Walter is also excellent. I have asked for a check on the electric windows and setting up the auto central door locking. On the way to Walter, the tire pressure sensors have an error reading & I pulled over and called Tim. He went through the procedures to check the onboard computer and gave me valuable advises through the phone. Walter provided a courtesy car (MB C250) for a day to us while they have checked & replaced the faulty parts under warranty. Tim and Conrad Castillon (the service manager) have keep us fully informed. We are so happy to have the Cayman back now. More
