I went to Walters on 9/21/13 looking to purchase a Panamera. I walked into the dealership and met John Beech who greeted me with a smile and was very courteous. I felt very comfortable right there. I let him know that I was on a trek today and that I was probably going to put quite a few miles on my truck because i anticipated on also visiting Porsche in San Diego then Porsche of Long Beach and it that would make it a full loop since I live in Los Alamitos. Anyways, I told him hopefully that I wont have to drive any farther than here. John is friendly, down to earth, no pressure sales, knowledgeable and boy can he DRIVE.. we took the Panamera for a test drive and believe me what a thrill. John and I had a few things in common as I got to know him throughout the day. To keep it short, the sales transaction from John Beech to Frank the sales manager to Jason the finance manager is top notch and made for a great experience with excellent customer service. The dealership is over an hour drive from my home in Los Angeles, and worth it. I found the car through a Website advertisement in the color and options I wanted. Scott and Tim worked seamlessly together to make sure I was in constant communication with the dealership and to answer any questions. I did the entire transaction via email and telephone. They provided exceptional pricing and customer service, delivering precisely what they promised. They even provided a Porsche "Challenge" opportunity that paid my final lease payment on the car the Panamera replaced (a Mercedes S 550). I showed up for the car, and it was detailed and ready. Jason Hardin in finance had the paperwork ready, and I completed it in a few minutes. There was never a hard sell or pressure at any time. Scott McCloud delivered the car and was patient in explaining all the vehicle's features, setting up I Phones and garage openers, and going over the vehicle's myriad features. I purchased and leased numerous vehicles, and I rank this as the best experience I have had in a new car delivery.
