Even though other Porsche dealers are much more convenient for me, I chose to custom order my new car from Walter's; that's because during the initial Even though other Porsche dealers are much more convenient for me, I chose to custom order my new car from Walter's; that's because during the initial contact with Bob McDonald, I already felt his sincerity and his willingness to help me get the perfect car that I was looking for, which I didn't see/feel with two other dealers I visited prior to contacting Walter's. Bob gave me a great deal and excellent customer service, not to mention all the patience he had shown me during the whole ordering process--taught me how to track the vessel carrying my car from Germany to San Diego; kept me informed about the status of my car by phone and via e-mail. He also didn't mind my request to take pictures of my car as soon as it arrives and while it still has the protective wrapping. He responded promptly and professionally to every question and concern I had even those that we're not related to car buying (e.g. ordering personalized license plate, etc.). Very importantly, my car was ready for me upon my arrival; everything was perfect. Bob gave me a complete rundown of my car and was very thorough. Bob made this whole car buying process enjoyable and stress-free. I will definitely look for Bob again when I buy my next car and will definitely recommend him to my family, friends and anyone I know who's in the market for a new car. One of the best new car buying expereience I wanted to buy a Porsche and I am so glad I went to Walter's Porsche and find the car that I like. This is one of my best new car buying experience I ever had. Pete Laban, the sales manager, is highly professional and very aggressive in pricing. John Beech, who helped me with Test driving, showed me lot of my car function. He also helpped me with the the details of contract related work and helpped with insurance. He is very professional, energetic, patient, very friendly. I rented a car from Enterprise - Rent - Car in LAX and drove the renter car to buy my Porsche. He make several calls. In the end , I did not need to return the car to LAX. All I did is dropped the car in Walter's Porsche. He helped me to return the car to one of the closest Enterprise rent car office afterwards. It was Easter Holiday next day. It must be not easy to do that and I really appreciated his work! Andy Bartoli, Finance Manager. he helpped with my car loan and service. He is also very professional. It was really late by the time he helpped me with the loan and introduction of services they offer. I did not take any service package. He did not show any unhappiness that I didn't buy in the end. Clients are cranky, feel their more important than others and expect everyone to jump through hoops to work around their schedule. Justin just has a way of being very patient, understanding and calming. He thinks of ways to make our service experiences pleasant and solve what ever problem we may throw at him. He goes out of his way to make our day better and get us on our way as fast as possible. I can't think of a time that I didn't enjoy our contact or leave with a smile thanks to his polite and respectful approach.
