My partner and I stopped by Walters Porsche to take a look at a Boxster we had seen on their website. At the time I was wishing rather than overly serious about buying a car. I saw John walk toward us and I immediately went into protective mode by givng the line that "I'm just looking". I really hate the screening and profiling questions car salesman typically ask. We got none of that from John. He was most welcoming, warm, open, sincere, down to earth, and eager to point out the features of the car. It was fun. I could sense how much he loves his job. He drew me into wanting to know more. And then it was impossible to turn down an offer for a test drive. He let us take it out a second time on our own to experience the car on our own. The seed had been planted and I was hooked. I called a few days later and inquired more about the car. John went out of his way to be helpful over the next few days. The car continued to call to me and I picked it up after receiving a deal I couldn't turn down. I arrived at the dealer around 8 in the evening. John came in on his day off - and left his family on Halloween evening to take care of me. Andrew helped me in the Finance area. He too came in on his day off - after having a root canal! Andy was efficent, casual, friendly and complete. After a stress free experience in the Finance Office, John carefully showed me the details of the car. Despite it being nearly 11 at night, he made certain that I had no questions. I felt that my satisfaction was all that mattered. I love the car, and I will always remember the great buying experience surrounding it. Thanks guys! More

We were greeted by Cory when we got to the dealership, who was helping us out until his scheduled appointment client came and he found Mike to help us with the rest of the process. Yet Cory still stopped by later to make sure we have all our questions answers. Mike helped us with the test driving and found us the car of my husband's dreams (Cayman) that was still within our budget. We were never pressured into buying a car. Mike gave us time to think about things when we asked. He was very relaxed! Cory and Mike were professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! They gave us the best pricing! We couldn't be happier with the purchase. The paper work process was fast and not painful! Unlike other un-named places that I've been to. If we have to do it all over again, we would still go back to Walter's Porsche and work with Cory or Mike! Upon driving into Walter's PORSCHE-strasse, I was met by Justin Usary for my service inspection appointment. Justin was thoughtful and accommodating in his addressing my concerns. The appointment was completed in less time than suggested... A plus to be sure. I had requested Emory as the PORSCHE Tech to work on my car as he came with high praise. He completed the work quickly. I had the appointment set up by Tim Churchill with whom I have had a longstanding PORSCHE customer-friendship for more than 10 years. Tim understands and speaks PORSCHE as do I. He is knowledgeable and fair-minded, always looking our for my best interests even when there is NOT an immediate car purchase to be concluded. This is not true of other PORSCHE stores in Southern California. In short, it is worth the drive to Walter's PORSCHE in Riverside for sales or for service. More

Bob Mc Donald and Tim Churchill were both informative, knowledgable and honest when I visited the dealership to decide what car to purchase. When they could not get the car with the options I wanted they went out of their way to try all the dealerships within a 100 mile radius to try and get want I wanted. In the end I ordered my car with the options I wanted and waited the 4 months for the car and during that time Bob kept me up dated on progress of where the car was in the build process. Very thorough hand over making it a very good process from start to finish, I very happy with my car choice and the support of Bob and Tim throughout. Great Job guys thank-you. More
