I was trading in a Porsche Panamera and was skeptical about the deal I would get as my experience buying the Panamera wasn't that great. I spoke to John over the phone a couple of times and zeroed in on a 2012 911 GTS with terms that were very attractive - borderline too good to be true. That transaction was impossibly smooth and I got a fantastic deal. Today, it was time to trade in the GTS and there was no question that I was going to have John help me again. It took only a couple of conversations over a 24 hour period to get into a 2014 Panamera e-Hybrid. Once again, John pulled together a great deal and I left feeling completely satisfied. I now know that I will be buying all my future cars from John. I just hope he doesn't retire any time soon. :-) More

So why, when Beverly Hills Porsche is local to me, would I ever drive to Walter's Porsche in Riverside? Why would I subject myself to Southern California weekend traffic? Well, because if there is anything I hate more than traffic, it's arrogant pricks and inflated prices. And spiders. Although that's somewhat irrelevant, insomuch as while Beverly Hills Porsche sucks, I did not see any spiders there. But I digress. This review isn't about the terrible customer service and egregious price-gouging I experienced at Beverly Hills Porsche, but rather about the truly wonderful customer service and nationwide-low pricing I discovered at Walter's Porsche. Specifically, from John Beech at Walter's Porsche. Hundreds of cars to choose from. The lowest pricing I found anywhere. And an easy, pleasant buying experience. And as for my clinical hatred of traffic? John hated it for me when he actually went out of his way to deliver my car to me in Los Angeles, and pick up my trade-in. Driving out of LA sucks, there's no getting around it. But if you're in the market for a Porsche... Walter's is so worth it. More

After talking with Conrad Castillon, service manager, he stated that he would ask Porsche for goodwill assistance since the pump was a recall item, which although had already been replaced as well as the horn, that Porsche stands behind their cars and there might be a financial savings if agreed upon. To my surprise and delight, within a week, I received a phone call that both items would be covered 100%. The car was finished the next day, all clean and ready to drive home. I can say I have ever had a dealership/service manager go out of their way to help a customer. I was so impressed, that yesterday I ordered a new turbo cayenne. Walter's will be my dealership of choice. More
