They had the car I wanted on the lot, but it was not for sale. They were using it as a demo to take orders for cars that were shipping in February. I was so disappointed. My experience with Walter's Porsche was just the opposite. I spoke to Frank Avena on the phone before driving out from Orange County, He was straightforward and very helpful. When I arrived at the dealership Bob McDonald took me for a test drive and helped me select the Macan Turbo. The process was fairly quick and no hassle. I'm thrilled with the purchase. I highly recommend them for their exceptional service. Bob knows the cars well and took the time to show me all the tricks on the vehicle. More

I send another email and a few days later after no response to my emails, they say car is no longer available. Explanation was that someone came in with credit app & deposit. He answered all of our questions and was a pleasure to work with. After meeting with Giovanni, we went to another dealership in the L.A. area to look at another certified Panamera S, but was disappointed with the sales experience. We ended up driving back to Walter's to purchase the car from Giovanni and couldn't be happier! More

The first one was the SA was trying to switch our build 3 times to later ones. We caught that and made him corrected it. The 2nd one when my wife and I were so excited to pick the delivery after four months waiting, the SA told us our monthly income (6k based on my wife's monthly salary alone) too low to lease even when we suggested to pay $20k down on lease (the car price was $94k, we try to lease for 36mos, 10k/year, the payment on Porsche estimator is $912 plus tax). They said bank didn't approve. They insisted us to sign a paper with an interest rate of 3.99% from their bank. I told them we wanted to find our own bank if we finance and they kept saying the purpose to sign the paper was to show my bank to get better rate. We didn't sign and walked away from the dealer for good. Well, I guess when you get some good deal be aware they could come back to play game, even I had the lease buy rate in writing. I guess by pushing us into high finance rate with its partner bank, they will get back what discounted price they promised at the first place. The whole excitement went cold, this is not a happy experience at all. Back 4 months ago, there were two other dealers in the area offered better deal than this one, but my wife wanted to stay with Riverside since it's closer. We had requested a numerous times to get paper work ready so when the car arrived we could just driver it away. The SA assured me there wouldn't be any problem. Now when we came for pick up he told us our lease application was denied. This caught us off guard. We could transfer money from some investment or get loan from our bank, but we felt the whole thing had already made us very unhappy. It is obvious they wanted to be compensated for the deal I've got and they didn't intend to keep their promise in writing. We will get a car from somewhere else. Waiting seems to be long, but 4 months is nothing comparing to years unhappiness from bad experience. More

John and his team make the process very simple and fast, however, he made sure I felt comfortable in my new ride before we said goodbye. We are coming back in January for our new Macan!!! More

Best experience ever buying a new car I decided to go out and look for a new car....I wasn't even looking for a Porsche. But when the salesman at the dealer I went to was so horrible (Che I decided to go out and look for a new car....I wasn't even looking for a Porsche. But when the salesman at the dealer I went to was so horrible (Chevy) that I left and on a whim I drove across the street just to see what Porsche had to offer. I met sales assocatiate John Beech. He was fantastic......great person who didn't play any games and gave me straight answers. He knew his product and sold it in a very professional manner. He was incredibly easy to work with....even when I threw him a few curves. The entire experience was professional and actually fun. I would not hesistate to call him again. This may be my first Porsche but probably not my last. I should thank the terrible salesman at Chevy for helping me to find the right car and the sales associate in John. More
