They had the car I wanted on the lot, but it was not for sale. They were using it as a demo to take orders for cars that were shipping in February. I was so disappointed. My experience with Walter's Porsche was just the opposite. I spoke to Frank Avena on the phone before driving out from Orange County, He was straightforward and very helpful. When I arrived at the dealership Bob McDonald took me for a test drive and helped me select the Macan Turbo. The process was fairly quick and no hassle. I'm thrilled with the purchase. I highly recommend them for their exceptional service. Bob knows the cars well and took the time to show me all the tricks on the vehicle. More

What happened to the "the car is yours"? Negotiated online to lease a Macan. The sales guy confirms in writing that the car is mine when in comes in next month. I send another email and a few days later after no response to my emails, they say car is no longer available. Explanation was that someone came in with credit app & deposit. He answered all of our questions and was a pleasure to work with. After meeting with Giovanni, we went to another dealership in the L.A. area to look at another certified Panamera S, but was disappointed with the sales experience. We ended up driving back to Walter's to purchase the car from Giovanni and couldn't be happier! More
