Bob was just great. At no time did we feel any pressure to buy a car. It was like "come on in and take a look around." Generally getting in and out of F&I can be contentious as they try and up sale everything from ding protection to extended warranties, At Walter's we were given an opportunity to purchase these warranties, and each service was explained, but no pressure was exerted, We were in and out in well under an hour. From beginning to end it was a very pleasant experience. More

I lived in a different area and had to fly to the dealership the day i picked up the car, Cory was very nice to pick me up earlier in the morning and gave me a ride to the dealer, which was very much appreciated. The whole delivery process was very smooth and quick, Cory took his time explaining the functionalities of the car and he also replaced side markers with clear ones, which looks so much better. Overall, it's a great experience to work with Cory and this dealership, I came to this dealership with a friend's referral, I would also strongly recommend Cory and this dealership to other people.
