I asked him to inspect the drive shaft to see if it's still in good condition. He kept me informed and found some cracks and fixed under my CPO warranty. His service was impeccable from the start by friendly greeting to the end. Very knowledgeable, swift, professional. BAR NONE BEST CAR PURCHASING EXPERIENCE EVER! Tim Churchill and Ed McRae spent well over a year hanging out with me and educating me on all the subtleties of the different 911 models. I was only 1 yr or so into a 5 yr lease on my first Porsche- a Carrera S 991 which I loved but I wanted to upgrade! I knew I wouldn't be able to get out of that lease (from a different dealership) for a good 2.5 to 3+ years at best. I was a total 'Frequent Flyer' 'Lookie Lu' - but I was always made to feel welcome by the entire sales staff. A few days ago while my 911 was in for service, Tim structured a killer deal that totally pencilled out and by surprise presented it to me when I picked my car from service. The next day I drove home in my new 2014 911 Turbo. I am so delighted and would never even consider doing business with any other Porsche dealership. Cindy Ramirez in Service and Andy Bartoli in Finance were also extremely competent, outstanding customer service representatives for Walters Porsche and delightful to deal with. The entire staff at Walters Porsche are the friendliest, most knowledgeable and most down to earth nice people I have ever encountered. There has never been an inkling of "hard sell" urgency that can really make one feel uncomfortable at a car dealership. I have never experienced anything like this.
