Once we came to terms Walters proceeded with the prep work on my new Cayenne and drafted up the paperwork while we went to get lunch for the kids. Came back in an hour to sign docs and get the car ready to take home. No need to hang out in the dealer for hours. Actual time doing paperwork was only 15 minutes and I was on my way with my new car! I sent an email a week before and Tim Churchill got back to immediately. I made an appointment for Saturday February 28th at 1pm and Taylor Ferguson helped me with the test drive. He answered all my questions and did an EXCELLENT job going over the features of the car. I think in less than 30 minutes we had agreed in the purchase price and I was owner of Cayman. Taylor did an amazing job and got me out of the dealer in less than 1:30 mins. It took this long because they detail the car for me. I recently leased a '15 GT3, working with salesman Bob McDonald, sales manager Pete Laban, and General Manager Ed McRae. This is now my 7th car from this same team in the last seven years, and my experience has been excellent every time. This time I'd ordered a '15 991 GTS, but shortly before it was due to arrive I started thinking seriously about a GT3 instead. Bob, Pete and Ed were extremely patient with me as I dithered between the two cars. Eventually Pete came up with the "tiebreaker" that made me decide to go with the GT3. Even though I'd specially ordered the GTS (and it was pretty well loaded with options) they didn't give me any grief whatever about the last minute change. Despite the fact that the GT3 is a very hot item at the moment, they even let me have the car at a better price than I could have expected. Once again it's a pleasure to work with the Walter's team. I don't expect that to be my last car from them, either. More

Other associates like Tony was also very helpful and friendly and Domenic at the service department is very professional and knowledgeable to provide all the car care and maintenance tips for my 1st Porsche.
