I got a flat tire on my way out to Palm Springs and had to have my car towed in to Walters. Justin greeted me as I got out of the tow truck and wrote me up immediately. The dealership did not have the tire in stock but the Service Manager Conrad authorized the parts department to pick one up from a local wherehouse . I dont know if they do this for all their customers , but they did it for me and thats all that matters. Thanks guys for making my week. More

From the first time I walked into Walter's Porsche and met Mr. William, to taking delivery of my Cayenne GTS, I can not say enough or praise the outstanding experience I encountered. Every step of the way was explained in detail from beginning to end and I could not have experienced such amazing customer service and professionalism. As far as extended warranties, maintenance plans, Lojack and other packages one purchases when taking delivery of a new automobile, Scott Conner took plenty of time, explaining all the available options, pros and cons and I felt extremely relieved that my selections were right on point. Best deal ever I had an appointment for 9am on Saturday 5/31. When I arrived 10 min before their posted opening time, I was greeted very friendly and the associate I had an appointment for 9am on Saturday 5/31. When I arrived 10 min before their posted opening time, I was greeted very friendly and the associate went and told John Beech that I was there. He came out right away and we began speaking about my possible lease. I told him that also wanted to test drive a used Porsche they had on the lot, so I test drove both. John was very friendly and described the various functions of each car, before, during and after each test drive. I also want to say that Andy in finance handled the paperwork in a quick, but unrushed fashion. He explained many options (extended warranty, maintenance contract, lojack etc.) without making me feel pressured in any way. I also met Pete Laban and Bob McDonald who were also very friendly and had sent emails to me while I had been doing my shopping before I arrived. The deal that I got on my new 2014 Carrera lease was very very good. The whole process from arrival to out the door took only 2 hours, without much waiting between each phase. It was a real pleasure doing business with Walter's Porsche, and now I understand why soome people I know say they are the best! More
