I was only 1 yr or so into a 5 yr lease on my first Porsche- a Carrera S 991 which I loved but I wanted to upgrade! I knew I wouldn't be able to get out of that lease (from a different dealership) for a good 2.5 to 3+ years at best. I was a total 'Frequent Flyer' 'Lookie Lu' - but I was always made to feel welcome by the entire sales staff. A few days ago while my 911 was in for service, Tim structured a killer deal that totally pencilled out and by surprise presented it to me when I picked my car from service. The next day I drove home in my new 2014 911 Turbo. I am so delighted and would never even consider doing business with any other Porsche dealership. Cindy Ramirez in Service and Andy Bartoli in Finance were also extremely competent, outstanding customer service representatives for Walters Porsche and delightful to deal with. The entire staff at Walters Porsche are the friendliest, most knowledgeable and most down to earth nice people I have ever encountered. There has never been an inkling of "hard sell" urgency that can really make one feel uncomfortable at a car dealership. I have never experienced anything like this. I was all over the place trying to figure out did I want the new Overweight Jaguar FatType Coupe R and while I was bouncing all over the place Giovanni kept trying to get me to focus as a Porsche owner of 4 other 911's. And out side of one miscommunication on my part he stayed true to the mark and got me into THE car I wanted all along. He waited patiently knowing I was going to come back to the car I knew I wanted all along. THEN when I was done fiddle faddling around he got everything done, got my car (50th 911) done on a FANTASTIC deal, set up the finance manager Andy and I was in and out of there in 5 minutes. The ONLY thing that hung us up was my insurance AAA. They were abit confused on what I wanted to do. If you KNOW what you want this is the dealership and Gio is the guy. If you DONT know what you want this is the dealership with a ton of fresh inventory and Gio is the guy to get you into the car you need. Full Service, expert people, friendly staff, just a real joy to be with. I knew without a doubt I had the right car when I drove off and I am totally satisfied!!!! Unfortunately they’ll tell anything you want to hear just to get you down to their showroom. I was shocked to find out that some of those dealers have $10K to $15K cushion in most of their cars. I kept searching on the net and then I saw the amazing reviews that Walter’s Porsche has. I was still skeptical but decided to make the 1 hour drive to Riverside. It seems to me that what makes Walter’s Porsche so amazing is the people who work there. They are looking into making a fair deal and a fair deal is all I want. I had the pleasure of working with John Beech on my deal. He is honest, fair and above all he has a great character! If you are in the market for a Porsche, you owe it to yourself to meet Mr. Beech first and save yourself from the bad and the ugly. Reputation is something that you guard with your life and John Beech deals on that principle. More
