What happened to the "the car is yours"? Negotiated online to lease a Macan. The sales guy confirms in writing that the car is mine when in comes in next month. They send credit card authorization & credit app. I respond back asking how much down do they need. I send another email and a few days later after no response to my emails, they say car is no longer available. Explanation was that someone came in with credit app & deposit. What happened to the "the car is yours"? More

Great experience at Walter's with Giovanni! We live near the beach and drove to Walter's to look at a certified Panamera S. He answered all of our questions and was a pleasure to work with. After meeting with Giovanni, we went to another dealership in the L.A. area to look at another certified Panamera S, but was disappointed with the sales experience. We ended up driving back to Walter's to purchase the car from Giovanni and couldn't be happier! More

The dealership didn't have to do that, but it really helped us move the process along. We both appreciate the extra effort to help us. This is our third car from Walter's Porsche and the second purchase with Cory. It's so nice to go in to a car dealership and genuinely feel the salesman wants to make the best match for your needs. Best experience ever buying a new car I decided to go out and look for a new car....I wasn't even looking for a Porsche. But when the salesman at the dealer I went to was so horrible (Che I decided to go out and look for a new car....I wasn't even looking for a Porsche. But when the salesman at the dealer I went to was so horrible (Chevy) that I left and on a whim I drove across the street just to see what Porsche had to offer. I met sales assocatiate John Beech. He was fantastic......great person who didn't play any games and gave me straight answers. He knew his product and sold it in a very professional manner. He was incredibly easy to work with....even when I threw him a few curves. The entire experience was professional and actually fun. I would not hesistate to call him again. This may be my first Porsche but probably not my last. I should thank the terrible salesman at Chevy for helping me to find the right car and the sales associate in John. More

My service rep kept me updated throughout the day on the status of my vehicle and when she realized it would take more than one day she was quick to offer me a loaner Porsche to use until my car is finished. It has been a truly wonderful experience dealing with Walter's. More
