Emergency service required to continue trip home. Cindy and Conrad were more than helpful when my Boxster broke down (heater valve and water pump leak). Although I was towed in around mid-day and the repairs could not be completed by closing, they provided a free rental car and were continually solicitous regarding my welfare (I am diabetic) as I waited. All the employees of this dealer were extraordinarily friendly. The car repairs were completed in a timely manner and the car performed perfectly on my way home to Las Vegas. This dealership should stand as a prime example of the finest kind of service and customer commitment expected of a high end operation like Porsche. More

My experience with Walter's Porsche was just the opposite. I spoke to Frank Avena on the phone before driving out from Orange County, He was straightforward and very helpful. When I arrived at the dealership Bob McDonald took me for a test drive and helped me select the Macan Turbo. The process was fairly quick and no hassle. I'm thrilled with the purchase.
