David recapped the service needs that I shared to him and ensured that nothing was missed. David quickly got me a ride home so I could get back to work and called me a few hours later letting me know what my vehicles needs were and when I could expect my car to completed. I drop by the dealership a day later to retrieve a personal item out of my car and David walked me to my car, introduced me to the technician Eddie, and Eddie showed me what he was working on and reviewed the needed repairs that was taking place to my car. Eddie was very patient answering my questions and his work area was impeccably clean. Every part was nicely laid out and my car was being treated as if you were getting surgery in a doctors office. I couldn't ask for any better service!!! David will always be my service advisor from now on. GREAT JOB !!!! David and Eddie : ) More

Excellent, personable, efficient Service After enjoying my MacanS for the last 2 years, I looked into Porsche's early lease return program after I heard of the redesign of the 2019 Macan. Joh After enjoying my MacanS for the last 2 years, I looked into Porsche's early lease return program after I heard of the redesign of the 2019 Macan. John Beech quickly helped me identify a new MacanS that I drove home last night. John was diligent in finding the vehicle in transit to US. He kept me informed the whole time. I came on a Sunday morning to exchange cars. I spent less than 90 minutes turning in my lease, signing papers for my new car. John then went over the new features of the 2019 model. The car is a marvel of engineering and comfort. John worked hard to get me the car, as it is a popular color this year. I am grateful for his efficient help.
