Purchased a CPO Porsche Panamera which had torn interior Leather for a $82k car. One week of ownership & cruise handle breaks on freeway with car out of control. Ended up returning back to dealer for $69k taking a $13k loss for 1 week of ownership. Hassle to get the car back as well. Took multiple trips to get a check & resolution. More

The dealership is beautifully designed and all cars under shelter to look at, so weather does not keep you from having fun shopping for you favorite Porsche with a wonderful and knowledgeable staff. I am a little over 600 miles from Houston but will be back and highly recommend River Oaks for a quality, friendly and professional experience. More

-I came here for a simple tire replacement and checkup. Somehow in their repair process my right headlight got broken. They told me that I needed a new one and quoting me a large amount for it. The headlight warning never displayed on the dash while I had the car and I dropped it off myself. As soon as I started the car from repair, the warning came on for the first time. If I bring my car to a Porsche dealership and something breaks while it's there, I expect them to fix it or at least prove that it was broken before hand otherwise. But no effort was made on their part for that. -I was quoted for other repairs that were deemed critical on the electronic invoice (very expensive rates prices to my experience). However, later in person with the service rep, he said they weren't that urgent. -I also was overpromised by the service rep on delivery time of my tire but had to follow up multiple times when delays happened. I'm okay with having a delay, but please don't overpromise on when the vehicle will be ready. I won't be coming back here. Porsche North Houston is much better service and communication. Prices also seem more reasonable. More
