My husband and I walked into the dealership with the thought in mind to purchase a Cayenne. At first our welcome wasn't as warm as I expected. I am so thankful that Gary Ho was my salesman, I couldn't have asked for a more professional, knowledgeable, caring, thoughtful and patient person who is passionate about his job. When I tell you there was no pressure from Gary Ho, I absolutely mean that. He was committed to providing the best customer service. I had so many questions for him and there was no hesitation on his part. It took me about 2 1/2 weeks before I made my decision to actually purchase a Cayenne. I went to other Porsche dealerships trying to find the right Cayenne for me, but the customer service and relationship that I developed with Gary Ho just wasn't there. I told Gary Ho that if I bought a Porsche that I would definitely buy it from him. Long story short, I bought a 2023 new Porsche Cayenne from Gary Ho. He is the best salesman that I have ever encountered. My suggestion is that if you are in the market to purchase a Cayenne go see Gary Ho at @Redwood City Porsche. Gary is very knowledgeable about the Porsche product. Gary should be the greeter and the salesman. They could use many more like him, but I think there will only be one Gary Ho.
