He was superbly patient with my questions, offered incredibly useful advice in building the right Porsche and advocated hard for the early arrival of the car from Germany. He is remarkably passionate and joyful about the brand and the cars - so refreshing to encounter such passion from a sales agent. I never felt like I was buying a car but rather becoming part of a great brand experience. Ray has made my purchase a pleaure. A Remarkable experience and a remarkable person. Top marks! Carlsen was best for price and for great service during the sales process. When I went to pickup all the paperwork was done as promised, no changes to what was agreed upon and the car was ready to go. I went in to pick up the car expecting the typical 2-3 hour session & was in/out in about 35 minutes. Ray had all of the paperwork prepared before I arrived. The paintwork was poorly done and had noticeable flaws that they decided not to fix and had the paint protection film installed over it anyway. The paint film was supposed to cure in the shade for at least 12 hours before being exposed to sunlight. It has to do with the chemical makeup of the film. So they ignored the manufacturers curing instructions and cured my black car in the sun which damages the film and reduces its appearance. When I insisted they redo the paint and film they blamed me for creating drama by complaining about their shoddy practices. One expects a certain level of quality when purchasing a car over 70 grand from a so called Premier Porsche Dealership. If you want to get a good idea of what to expect from this dealership then I recommend you count the many negative reviews they've earned from their customers on Yelp. More
