They claim to be award winning service repair, but couldn't diagnose the problem that they created. Tech did not tighten cross members correctly and the bolts came loose causing a chirping sound. Had couldn't diagnose the problem that they created. Tech did not tighten cross members correctly and the bolts came loose causing a chirping sound. Had to find another shop to diagnose and fix their mistake. Also, while car was in their shop, the service adviser tried to up sell new tires to me over the phone. Yet, their tech's inspection check list showed that they were still in the green (good condition) when I picked up car and the repair documents. I hope the other bolts were tightened down properly. All of my problems with my 911 started after they last worked on the car for "check engine light". Beware!! I am advising anyone to look elsewhere for sales and service. More
