After submitting the request for pricing, I got a call and email from Ray, who was very clear about the price of the vehicle. I easily scheduled time to take a test drive, and the BEST part is that Ray was the actual salesperson to help me on the lot as well. So refreshing! 2. For the test drive, Ray drove first and showed off all of the features. I didn't think I would need this, but man, I really needed it! It was AWESOME. The test drive route was amazing, allowing us to sample a great mix of different speeds, conditions and roads. 3. After the test drive, BEFORE we could even tell Ray that we wouldn't be buying that car we just drove because it was missing a key feature we wanted (Surround View), he brought us to the back of the lot where he found a similar car that had all the features we needed. It was the perfect car. It's like he somehow already knew what was important to us. Ray went above and beyond, and really earned our business. He is the best. More
