I had a really bad experience with the finance manager from the other dealership. BUT Kelvin Pun totally nailed it and make the purchase way smoother than I could imagine. Went in to see Rudy about a 2008 Carrera S but ended up not liking it and switched to a newer Targa. I came in with my wife in April to test drive a Macan and loved it so much I decided to order a custom configured Macan S to replace my old Mazda. I had to wait an extra 5 weeks to get my car because of a Bose amplifier issue but Rudy updated me throughout the process and even offered a couple of nice gifts when I finally picked up my car.
