I have been looking for a 911 Carrera for the last 12 months, dreaming about one for the last 27 years. Plenty who are pushy, unresponsive, and are just not a good representation of the brand that I grew up idolizing. Not here at Redwood City Porsche. Especially Tony Abiog, who made this long lived dream a reality. From my initial call, he was transparent, patient, and very informative. He had the car right in the front when I arrived and this was the easiest transaction I have ever had. He introduced me to Alex, who provided me with incredible information on services and financing options, he made the signing process a breeze. These two men stayed an hour after closing ensuring I had the true Porsche experience by having the car detailed, moved to the showcase, and even walked me through everything I need to know about the car. My smile from the moment I arrived on the lot has not left my face. I cannot thank the team at Porsche Redwood City enough. I am a customer for life! More

Our sales representative, Sam Pham, is a generous example of human kindness, professional expertise, and enthusiasm for the Porsche brand. Sam was dedicated to our interests, our tastes, our questions, our budget. Our experience wasn't a sale it was a match. Everything you expect from a five-star dealer is present in Sam and the dealership. And then my wife and I caught the virus. Sam took it in stride arranging to personally deliver the Macan S to our home an hour away. Sam presents himself naturally, the ease of working with him is hard to equal. He was purposeful in making sure all the details were correct, that the warranty on a demonstrator was understood, that the first service miles and dates were noted, that a follow up thorough introduction on the car was available (after we recovered). It was a pleasure and the afterthought writing this review is the best way we can thank him and the dealer for their exceptional service. More
