I brought my 911 to the dealership for an unscheduled service ( bad clutch pressure plate ) on Tuesday pm and had the car back Thurs. pm as promised with no surprises. It was offensive. This was to be MY car. These guys didnt miss a beat. They spoke directly to ME with intelligence and were honest if they did not have the answer to my question. Everyone at the dealership spoke to me and asked if i needed anything to drink or needed any assistance. Great atmosphere, personnel and wonderful cars. The vehicle was loaded, clean and the price was great. I also saw many happy customers come and go through the service department. What a gem of a place. Spending a morning at an auto dealership can actually be a pleasant experience, if the dealership is Princeton Porsche. Service doesn't come cheaply, but that's to be expected if you drive a high-end car, a pleasant experience, if the dealership is Princeton Porsche. Also, they didn't push for unnecessary or questionable servicing - the car was inspected and appropriate recommendations were made based on mileage and condition.
