The Service department arranged for a timely appointmnet. Transportation was provided and was delivered in a timely fashion. I have had warranty service and other maintinence performed at this dealership, and it has been a pleasure; as the all the employees at this dealership are knowledgeable about Porsche cars and have a passion for the brand. Princeton Porsche is amazing. I recently bought a Porsche Cayman and had a wonderful buying experience. Soon after purchasing the car, the remote stopped working for the rear trunk. When I called the dealer to let them know of the problem, they scheduled a pick up (yes, they actually told me they would drive out to my house and pick up the car so they could resolve the issue) the very next day. They fixed the issue and dropped the car off - in the exact spot they took it from the very next day. Unbelievable. If you're looking to top notch service, this is where you'll find it. I ended up buying my 2011 911 from Princeton Porsche after contacting at least 5 dealers including one dealer that was much closer (Princeton is about 45 miles from where I live). Princeton Porsche easily located the car that I wanted from another dealer and gave me the most money for my trade (2010 BMW 528xi which is a great car but somewhat boring) because they didn't have to wholesale the car they would sell the car on their lot. The discount percentage off MSRP was competitive (even though there is a cost to bringing in a car from another dealer) with the other dealers and there weren't any hidden extras etc. On delivery there was an imperfection on the bumper and fender which they will take care of by picking the car up and leaving me a loaner car. They didn't try to minimize the imperfections which I feel many dealers might have done. Scott showed concern and took action to correct the problem. Princeton is a great place to test drive a Porsche as well. I highly recommend going there and giving them a shot. When I first went I didn't think I would end up buying there (because of the distance) but that's what I did. Actually, after test driving in Cherry Hill area I didn't even think I wanted a Porsche. But then I test drove in Princeton and Brian pointed out the capabilities of the car and that is what made me decide to purchase in the end. More

My 911 developed a squealing sound immediately after starting the engine which would then stop after 5 minutes or so. I called Princeton Porsche for an appointment and was given one for the next day.
