The air bag access panel on the door on my 2006 911s recently broke. I stopped by the dealership for an unscheduled visit. Gene came right out, looked at the broken part, looked it up and ordered it, al recently broke. I stopped by the dealership for an unscheduled visit. The part was at the dealership in a day or two, I again stopped by unannounced and had the part replaced. Although this was a relatively minor repair the dealership was very accomodating and took care of the problem promptly and efficiently. More
They take care of you at Princeton Porsche. John was very helpful in the process of me getting a 911 Turbo S. This is an absolutely horrid dealership. I will only go to Princeton of Bucks County in the future. My paperwork was done incorrectly, the sales manager is extremely unprofessional, the GM did not even show his face, when I had to reschedule a service appointment I was asked why. I feel this is highly inappropriate. I can reschedule a doctor's appointment and not be asked that question. I live in PA, no NJ and the title work was not handled properly not allowing me to drive the car for several days. In an attempt to rectify it, it was once again handled incorrectly and I, personally, had to spend two hours at the tag service in PA to correct it. Never again!!!!! Go to Porsche of Bucks County. They are so friendly and efficient. A totally different atmosphere. More
