This car was bought at this dealership and I have had nothing but good experiences with Princeton Porsche. I would recommend this dealership to any and everyone. nothing but good experiences with Princeton Porsche. I would recommend this dealership to any and everyone. More
Generally great service work; done in a timely basis. They are fair in their prices, given the rather high prices for automobile service in this area. They are fair in their prices, given the rather high prices for automobile service in this area. More
Gene from the dealership worked with me to resolve a very unique problem. Many other dealers would probably tell me to go elsewhere. I would definitely recommend this dealer. unique problem. Many other dealers would probably tell me to go elsewhere. I would definitely recommend this dealer. More

I took my 2009 Cayenne S in for a regularly scheduled "service." After having called the day prior to my appointment, I show up at the dealer to find out "they didn't have me scheduled..." "I was lucky "service." After having called the day prior to my appointment, I show up at the dealer to find out "they didn't have me scheduled..." "I was lucky to get a (dirty) loaner car that was "just dropped off..." -- lucky me. Then, more lucky, I am to find out (after having the car for barely 2 years, bought brand new) that according to Princeton Porsche, it needed (despite the $250+ service fee) the following: - new windshield wiper BLADES - ($131.00.... seriously???) - brake fluid flushing (they said to do it every 2 years) - (~$250.00+) - replace the cap on the rear windshield wiper (only to find out at the last minute that "it was still covered under warranty") - replace brake pads, sensors, rotors, etc... -(~$1800.00... seriously... after only not even 2 years??? I don't drive my vehicle recklessly, nor do I "ride" the brakes... and about 95% of the miles accumulated on my vehicle are highway miles... what's wrong with this scenario???_ - 4 new tires, plus mounting, and leveling, and labor - (~ another $1500)... So, in total, for my practically brand new, not even 2 year old Cayenne S, it was going to cost me nearly $5,000 for a basic service... Not to mention, 2 days later, after getting my vehicle back, the "check oil level" light comes on. I call back to inquire and complain about this, and am told "well, sometimes there are air bubbles and the techs don't actually fill it all the way, so if you would like to bring your vehicle back in, I'll be happy to "top it off for you"... sorry... you should have done that during the regular service, right??? What a joke! Really, overall experience... ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Porsche should be humiliated!!! Prior to Don Rosen taking over this dealership, Princeton Porsche was a MUCH better location to deal with! More

Over the last several years, I have purchased 4 Porsche's (1 - Cayman S, 911 Cabri, 911 GTS and now the 911 S Cabri) from Brian. He know so much about how the car works and takes the time to know me and unde (1 - Cayman S, 911 Cabri, 911 GTS and now the 911 S Cabri) from Brian. He know so much about how the car works and takes the time to know me and understand what I really want. Each time the process has been easy. Brian is patient and answers all my questions to help me make the right choice. After the sale Brian is diligent in follow through and is willing to take questions, eve the ones you hate to ask. He has patience to not only answer the question but tells me why. Paul is the most amazing detail person. The sales experience and detail experience are first rate. The gap is in service specifically loaner cars. They don't seem to have any and it is time consuming to have to wait for a ride or find someone to take you in both directions. More
Been a customer here for three years and have purchased two CPO 911s. I've found the service from both the sales and service sides to be outstanding. I travel frequently and need a 100% reliable car - Pors two CPO 911s. I've found the service from both the sales and service sides to be outstanding. I travel frequently and need a 100% reliable car - Porsche cars are rated average in reliability (which is probably above average for an "exotic" car) and I've had no more or less problems than other brands, but what makes this really work for me is the customer service in the service department. Pick up, drop off, loaner cars, fast repairs, accurate repairs - polite and I'd even go as far to say...fun. I know I pay a little more than the local indy place, but he's not going to pick up my car and return it when I'm on vacation to put new tires on it (and they'll give you the tirerack price if you ask for it). If you like knowing about mechanical things, the service guys will show you around and give you explanations. Mike is an amazing mechanic. Be sure to ask Gene about everything you've read on Rennlist and 6speedonline - he appreciates the advice. Brian in the sales department is a professional, knows his stuff and cuts a decent deal quickly. Plus - he's a nice guy. You don't get hung up for long periods of time in an upsell process - it's quick, the paperwork is done and the car is delivered. In short - I appreciate Princeton Porsche because it makes it possible for me to have a 911 as a daily driver with 100% reliability. More
