Stephen suggested an alternate set of winter tires for my 911 when the ones I originally purchased were back ordered. He also personally took the time to dress the tires after they were installed. This was part of the email I had written to him thanking him for the tires: "I just wanted to let you know that although I obviously haven't drive the tires in snow yet, I'm super happy with the look and the ride of the tires in dry weather. They rode nice on 295 at high speeds with nominal noise and the handling is much better than I expected on snows." More
