This was by far the best car purchase experience I have ever had. There was nothing remotely resembling the high-pressure sales techniques I have encountered elsewhere. I was always dealt with utmost courtesy and respect. There was never any attempt at upselling. I had initially visited the dealership to take a look at their preowned 911 inventory. After several months and numerous hours of research (including many test drives), I ended up purchasing a new 911S Cabriolet. Chris and Gary were a pleasure to deal with and absolutely professional. They were very knowledgeable, responsive and efficient in doing their jobs. Chris (my salesperson) specifically spent a lot of time reviewing different options with me and helping me refine exactly what I was looking for. Gary (sales manager) was extremely helpful and very transparent in how they do business. I also traded in a vehicle in a the process of purchasing my new car. This process was also handled extremely well. The staff of Princeton Porsche earned my business and I will continue to purchase more vehicles from them in the future. Even if I was not considering purchasing a Porsche (such as a Cayenne or Panamera) to replace an SUV or sedan, now I will. More

On Wednesday april 18, 2012 after paying for unexpected repairs about 20 minutes from princeton porsche dealership on my way home I heard a loud noise so I coasted my car to the shoulder after it would not repairs about 20 minutes from princeton porsche dealership on my way home I heard a loud noise so I coasted my car to the shoulder after it would not go into gear.I called the dealership and they sent a towtruck and towed me and the car back to the dealership where I spoked with gene cannon that assured me he would have the car check out and call me so we could work out the problem. Well Thursday and friday went by and I got no call from anyone at princeton porsche.It was on monday april 23 2012 I called Richard Mahan only to be told my car was complete and that some bolts fell out of the rear and they were replaced free of charge, I was not given a clear explanation as to whether the bolts fell of from a repair done on a rear seal repair performed when I took the car in for a 4 wheel alignment check.I am afraid whenever I drive the car of what could have been carelessly put back that could cause a dangerous situation for me.
