I had the opportunity to work with Joseph Pestkowski from Princeton Porsche in trading in my 2020 Taycan 4S and custom ordering a 2023 Macan GTS. I could NOT have found a BETTER partner across both these tra Princeton Porsche in trading in my 2020 Taycan 4S and custom ordering a 2023 Macan GTS. I could NOT have found a BETTER partner across both these transactions with PP. I contacted 3-4 dealerships in the area for my Taycan 4S, and found the most frictionless, quickest path to the right answer for me with Joe. Not only did Joe offer up a fair price right away, he went out of his way to pick up the car from my home to make the transaction easy and comfortable. No surprises while picking up or ifs and buts; just a clean, simple, integrity led transaction. As replacement for my Taycan, I started with a Macan S, for which Joe again offered a fair price right away, allowing us to quickly settle on a deal. I was all over the place with my specifications for Macan S, and Joe patiently advised me through each one of them, always leading with "Mr. Talwar, we want to sell you a car and want to make you happy while doing that”. It was remarkable to a point of embarrassment for me, as I kept testing Joe's patience with my incessant changes in direction, to a point where I changed my Macan to a Macan GTS. Now each change provided Joe an opportunity to take advantage and change deal dynamics in his favor, which not once did Joe do. I got the same fair deal, irrespective of how I speced the car, even changing it to a Macan GTS eventually, which is a significantly more difficult car to procure, and as such comes with a premium. Joe did none of that. At times while SAs are great, their management does not necessarily operate with the same customer first mindset. But this wasn’t the case with Princeton Porsche. All my changes led me to interact with Joe G, Sales Manager for Princeton Porsche, who went out of his way to ensure I did not feel like a nuisance to them (which I candidly was becoming with my fickle mindedness). Joe G worked with me on all options to help me find a car I loved. This at a time when most dealerships do not need to invest in these relationships, as there are more buyers than cars. But its in times like these when the great ones separate themselves from the pack! For me, my experience with Princeton Porsche was just that. If I had to invest in Porsche dealerships as a stock, Princeton Porsche would be the blue chip I put my money on. Sadly, I landed up with a Targa 4 from another dealership, and while I love my car- I would have loved it a LOT more if I had bought it from Princeton Porsche. Its the one thing about my Targa what will always sadden me. That’s just the kind of relationship Joe P and Joe G have established through all the time they invested in me. Not once did they make me feel bad for taking a different direction (last minute) or make things difficult for me in any way. As such, I could only do my Taycan transaction with Princeton Porsche, but I WILL come back to them for my next! I would be foolish not to!
