Excellent attention and service - Shawn Walsh Having bought my first Carrera out of state, I was a little apprehensive about approaching the Princeton Porsche dealership for any service work when Having bought my first Carrera out of state, I was a little apprehensive about approaching the Princeton Porsche dealership for any service work when i discovered that my driver side window would not roll up every time I drove with the windows down. This uneasiness was quickly dispelled as soon as pulled up on my first appointment. Shawn was very attentive and knowledgeable that my 2 visits have been very great customer experience - even though I did not happen to buy my car from them! Both visits have been dispatched professionally and efficiently. No unnecessary wait but enough high touch customer service for me to walk away impressed with how Porsche Princeton clients are treated. Excellent Experience I have always bought used vehicles, and have always paid them off in full then and there, so the traditional car buying experience is something alien I have always bought used vehicles, and have always paid them off in full then and there, so the traditional car buying experience is something alien and a little overwhelming to me. I did my research for ~1 year-ish on Porsche models, specifically the 2017 Cayenne Hybrid and went in to test drive several different new and used Cayenne's for about a month, at Porsche of Princeton. Every time I went to test drive or just ask questions, everyone in the dealership was kind, welcoming, but not overbearing and just let us poke our heads around or in the vehicles. It was great! Then, we came in one more time to test drive the Cayenne Hybrid and after that test drive, and getting to know our car buying interests (nothing too prying, really just chit chat during the drive, super relaxed), they asked if we'd be interested test driving a Macan GTS (my husband mentioned that he really liked the look of them). We said, "what the heck, why not?" since it was cheaper and had just as much space as the Cayenne...Boy are we glad we did. The salesman didn't even have to try and sell us the specs, he just directed us on the best roads around the area to show off the car's prowess, and just let us enjoy the drive, and what a drive it was. It made driving more than just getting from A to B, it made it FUN, and something you day dream about. To say that these dealers know their customers, and can tell what car fits their personality and lifestyle is an understatement. And for someone like myself who has never gone through the traditional car buying experience of getting your credit checked and finding a bank and a loan, etc., the process was easy with this dealership and they didn't try and nickel and dime you, if anything they tried to tell you as many deals as they could to save you the most money. And after everything was said and done, they did a great walkthrough of the car for the important features (great for me since I had a car from 2008 that has none of modern day technology...) The whole experience was great. More

Friendly dealership A big part of going with Porsche & with Porsche of Princeton was that the reception from Michael Quaglietta from the moment we stepped in was just ama A big part of going with Porsche & with Porsche of Princeton was that the reception from Michael Quaglietta from the moment we stepped in was just amazing. We been to a few dealerships for other cars but there was certain attitude which made me think they just assumed that I wasn't going to make a purchase. But not with Mike - he assumed nothing and purely focused on making the experience the best we could have. He has been quite patient all throughout the process, the unexpected delays with the EPA certification for the 2018s ... all-in-all; it was great! If I get another Porsche; it will be from them and with Mike helping me out. I wasn't pressured in going with the 2017s on the lot; gave me the best car that fits my needs. The finance team has been great too; no pressure about any additional warranties - those are presented but that's pretty much about it. They even dealt with my noisy 2 yr old who decided to take a stroll and run across the showroom. Not a single sign of impatience for all the hours we were there. Overall, I could not ask for a better experience. More

He is as passionate about customer care as he is about the Porsche vehicles he sells. I recently purchased my second Cayman from him, and he exceeded my expectations both times. Did my own work or had specialty shops service the car. Approaching 70, I have no desire to do my own car work anymore and the trusted specialty shops closed or lost good people over the years. The new management and service personnel at Rt1 Princeton Porsche impressed me enough to go back there Kudos to Brett for his knowledge and understanding of my needs on my different cars. Just had my Box sterling fully serviced and pleased with that. Will be returning mid October to bring my 944 back up to snuff. Will compose another review on that experience in November. (Especially pleased to see no more sharkskin suited "greeters" separating you from the people who actually knew what cars are all about!) More
