The technician that serviced the vehicle prior to delivery was available and helpful to go over things about the car. for instance, he ran a DME report and showed me how to remove the engine cover. Recent Service for Window jammed Princeton Porsche was responsive and provided good service. I would have given 5 starts but for the reason below. - my window was jammed open so car was at mercy of weather. Was hoping to have an immediate appointment to bring the car in. Had to wait 4 days for an appointment. - this car is less than 6 months old. Having a faulty part in the window mechanism doesn’t give me confidence in Porsche quality. It was embarrassing to have my car outside with plastic tape and explain to neighbors. More

Never tried so hard to purchase a car Always heard great things about them. I found a desired car that showed up on their website Sunday night. We called 9am Monday to purchase. My son told them we would buy the car, agreed on price after we offered and they counter-offered. I called the salesman and told him that I was buying the car, no doubt. He said that he needed a sale offer to take the deposit; I told him that I was in surgery all day and couldn't fill out a form until I got home. He said that, if I emailed my consent to charge my card, he would put it through. There was another issue with a possible trade - I told him to give me a price on my car; I would either trade a car or just purchase based on their offer. Later, I spoke to him and asked him about some of the fees. I told him I would take the car no matter what, but asked if they could just give me a temporary registration and not charge me to register the vehicle in another state (I've had issues where the paperwork didn't go through properly on out of state transactions and the temporary 30 day tags expired, leaving me without a car to drive legally until I got it properly registered). I told him that I'd pay the fees if I had to. The long and short of it is that they sold the car to someone else despite me just about begging them to sell the car to me. The reasoning was 1) they were waiting for me to decide if I was going to do it because of the trade - not true as I told them the deal was NOT contingent on my car 2) I didn't sign a purchase form - I was told that an email response with a copy of my driver's licence would suffice given that I was in the operating room all day. Had I been told that it was a requirement, I would have had them fax a form to the operating room that I could have completed sometime during the day. I didn't follow up on this because I made the assumption that the salesman knew what he was talking about. 3) they weren't sure I was definitely going through with the deal - I couldn't have been clearer that I would take the car no matter what. Given what I've heard and read, this a good dealership. Doesn't change the fact that I got a raw deal because the salesman was inexperienced and incompetent. What should have happened was this -if there was a question, I should have been contacted, told that I was the first offer, that another offer was on the table, and that I needed to make a decision. I made my feelings crystal clear to the salesman, but this wasn't conveyed. In the long run, probably wasn't a smart move on their part. It was a used Audi for smy son, I've had multiple Porsches and AMGs. I tend to form relationships with dealers and maintain them over the years as I'm pretty loyal. They lost the opportunity to sell me the Panamera Turbo I'm considering when my E63S goes out of warranty. More

The personnel sometimes change but the attent I have purchased and serviced over 20 various Porsche models with Porsche Princeton for 2 decades plus. Search for Macan with the right options I have a Porsche dealership very close to where I live spent 3 months looking at Different options but never coming close to purchasing. I made 2 trips to the Princeton Porsche dealership on my 1st visit they found almost exact car but I hesitate it and it was sold the next day my called in. A few weeks later I was in the area and stopped and again very late at night half hour before they closed sales person David was awesome knew exactly what I want to and said He had my car waiting for me when I saw it I didn't have to test drive it it had everything I wantedIt was a 2018 and certifiedI purchased that night.
