Knowing that a loaner wasn't available, I went in to the service center assuming it to be a nightmare of an experience, but Matt from the service team proved me wrong. He went above and beyond to not only find a loaner for me, but also gave me daily updates on the status of the vehicle. He also mentioned the extensive checks your team performs to ensure that the issue is completely fixed. That made me realize the time it is taking for fixing the issue. People like Matt really uphold the brand value of Porsche, and strive for customer delight vs. just satisfaction. Being in the people industry, I can see that Matt has excellent people management skills as I had an exceptional experience despite not purchasing the vehicle from your dealership. More

Unbelievable Experience buying Pre-owned My wife and I recently purchased a used Volvo from this dealership. It was probably the lowest price vehicle on the lot. I guess I felt we wouldn't be treated like a Porsche customer, but I couldn't have been more wrong. The entire staff welcomed us warmly. Robert Vitalis (our Salesman) was amazingly upfront and honest. Everyone from Tiffany in finance to Nelson (Sales Manager) was a pleasure to work with. Honestly, they made us feel like we were buying the most expensive Porsche on the lot and we were buying a used trade-in (Which was exactly as described). I could not recommend this dealership enough. They have earned my business. When I am ready to buy my 911, I will be back to work with Robert and the entire PP Staff. Amazing. More
