After a long search for used Macan, I found a beautiful low mileage 2018 with exactly the right equipment for sale at Princeton Porsche. Living 100 miles away, I was pleased that Kaylynn Diaz was able to low mileage 2018 with exactly the right equipment for sale at Princeton Porsche. Living 100 miles away, I was pleased that Kaylynn Diaz was able to accommodate my request for more information very quickly including sending along a nice set of detailed pictures which were not on the website (thanks to help from Gary Lam). I set an appointment time for the next day and made the trip to Princeton. Kevin was very helpful, we were able to quickly agree on a fair value for my trade and also to include Porsche Certified Pre-owned Warranty on the Macan. As always, buying a car takes time, a few hours of your life. So, I expected to have to wait a bit while the car was being detailed and readied for me. All in all a great experience. Byron Eng, the General Manager personally came out to meet me and we had a really nice conversation. I really enjoyed the experience, great people, fair dealings. More

This dealership is wonderful. I've contacted a few other Porsche dealer nearby and these guys @ Priceton are the most responsive. First greeted by Angelo, followed up with Kaylynn later on. Kaylynn did an amazing job making my purchase extremely easy. Very proactive and straight forward with me, I immediately decided to take a look of the 2 cars they offered after her initial quote. Then David took over from there. David is very kind and polite, showed me the cars with a very welcoming attitude. (unlike one other sales in another dealership) I was able to make a decision within 30mins I'd say, he walked me through the process with the contract, application and insurance. Then I was working with Tiffany on the paperword, she explained to me the benefit of getting some additional protection for my new Porsche. Very patient and knowledgeble with the process. I didn't end up getting the protection and maintanance plan but I apprecaited her effort and help in trying to save me money. Things don't just stop there, at the very end, a very knowledgeable person named Ash showed me every details and every function of the car, making sure all my questions are answered. Overall, I think they are definitely one of the best Porsche dealership in the area. Everyone in the team are nothing but great. The product knowledge was fantastic and Michael going over the car point by point with my wife between his patients no The closing went seamless, the entire sales team was fantastic from start to finish, took care of all of our needs addressed any and all concerns and truly made us feel like they were worthy of the title brand ambassadors… Our business is take place within brick and mortar facilities but the true essence I have a business is the people who serve the customers within that brick and mortar facility. These folks were extremely professional, overly courteous and we greatly appreciate it the knowledge and patience that they gave us and allowing us to make a good solid decision again… With our fourth Porsche purchase.
