The Taycans seem to be in high demand and they don't stay on the lot for very long, so Kevin made sure to keep in touch with me via email and phone, to let me know which models had been sold and which ones were coming into inventory. He is also very knowledgeable on the technical aspects of the Taycan. At the deal closing, Tiffany was extremely efficient. She had all the paper prepared ahead of time so all I had to do was sign (no waiting around for hours!) Yoshi (Yashas) is a tech wizard in the car setup. I would be lost without him!
