I bought my 2024 Porsche 911 GTS from Kate Morris, who was an absolute joy to work with. I live in NC, so I did this deal virtually with no problem at all. Kate kept me posted as the car was being built in Germany and as it made its way to the US. She texted me regularly and was always quick to answer my questions. Her excitement was infectious and she was fantastic to work with. I can’t recommend her highly enough! The entire transaction was awesome to include the goody bag included in the car. More
Warning, Porsche Princeton sells vehicles without disclosing prior accident damage despite their knowledge of the damage. According to Kishan Sitapara the "Porsche Pre-Owned Sales Manager" they do disclosing prior accident damage despite their knowledge of the damage. According to Kishan Sitapara the "Porsche Pre-Owned Sales Manager" they do not legally have to disclose damage unless Porsche Princeton made the repair themselves. Sure, perhaps not legally but certainly ethically. If you are looking for an ethical dealership, Princeton Porsche is not for you. More
My encounter with Matt at Porsche of Princeton Service left me deeply dissatisfied. In stark contrast to my previous service advisor, Dino, who consistently took the time to elucidate the nuances between left me deeply dissatisfied. In stark contrast to my previous service advisor, Dino, who consistently took the time to elucidate the nuances between essential and recommended services, Matt confidently asserted that the service he was proposing was standard for a 2-year interval. In response to my inquiry about the uniformity of these practices across dealerships, he reaffirmed his stance with a curt "yes." With a sense of trepidation, I entrusted my vehicle to their care, proceeding to work, where I decided to seek an alternative quote for a 2-year service from another Porsche dealer. The response I received was nothing short of astonishing: a mere oil change and cabin filter replacement were advised. Notably, they emphasized that brake flushes were recommended rather than obligatory, particularly given the mileage of my vehicle. Feeling undeniably deceived, I promptly conveyed my request to Matt to discontinue the service on my vehicle, a mere 40 minutes after relinquishing it to their care. Regrettably, his response was far from reassuring: "I can't, as the service is nearing its completion." This advisor zealously pushed for all recommended services, despite being well aware of their non-essential nature for my vehicle. Even when I beseeched him to reverse certain actions, such as the replacement of wipers, he asserted that it was too late, as they had already been exchanged, with the old ones now consigned to the trash. This entire episode has left me profoundly disheartened. While I acknowledge the costliness of Porsche maintenance, it is not the expense itself that causes discontent; rather, it is the perception of being exploited to boost the dealership's sales that truly sours the experience. Matt's actions have not only undermined my trust in Porsche of Princeton Service but have also left a lasting sense of disappointment in their approach to customer service. To compound my dismay, there was a disconcerting incident following the completion of the service. After I received my vehicle back, I noticed an unsettling shaking, while driving which had not been present before. When I brought this issue to Matt's attention, he proposed a rather unconventional remedy: they decided to take my car on a purported 35-mile test drive to, in his words, "ensure the tires were not causing the shaking." Astonishingly, the result of this test drive was the blame being laid squarely on my aftermarket wheels, which have been on the vehicle since day 2 after I took delivery, without any previous issues. This perplexing turn of events only further eroded my confidence in the service provided by Porsche of Princeton and left me questioning their competence and integrity. More

He has be across Princeton Porsche. call the dealership from my home in North Carolina. I spoke to a very knowledgeable sales rep. Raphael Mirasol. He has been nothing short of great, in fact I would have to say over the several years I have been purchasing vehicles, he has been the absolute best. I even can say after completing my long-distance transaction I can call him a friend, so much that moving forward the next Porsche I purchase for my daughter will be from him. I highly recommend him as well as Tim in the finance dept More
