I purchased a preowned Cayenne S early August 2021. This is not a review about Porsche as the product speaks for its self. I waited to post this review because I wanted to experience more than just the high of sales. This dealership is made of of good people, who love the product and clearly love their job. From sales, to finance, to service, to the valet each person takes pride in their role. This was my first time buying a preowned car, so I had low expectations. The team of Raphael Marisol (sales), Tiffany Caccavale (finance) and Ryan Pedrick (Porsche Pro) treated me like I was a VIP client. Raphael was very responsive to my questions regarding the vehicle I found online and I was able to get a prompt appointment time to test drive. Tiffany (finance) was very through and thoughtful giving me finance options that best suited me, which I have never seen before at other dealerships. Ryan Pedrick (Porsche Pro) gave me a better walk through on the car features than YouTube. At the completion of the sale, they drove my new (preowned) car into the showroom with a big red bow for me to take photos. This was a fun experience buying an incredible vehicle. AFTER the sale, I was contacted about 1 week later to see how I was enjoying the truck by Raphael. The finance department answered my follow up questions about interstate registration. I look forward to buying another Porsche and seeing the wonderful people at Princeton Porsche again. More
