First, the major objectives of the service call were completed. However, it took 8 days. And two minor things were not addressed. Specifically, I asked for the rear left tire to be checked as it has bee completed. However, it took 8 days. And two minor things were not addressed. Specifically, I asked for the rear left tire to be checked as it has been running low on pressure. It had 27psi when I brought it in and it had only 27psi when I took it back. It may have a slow leak yet... I don't know. 2ndly, I asked for the key fob battery to be replaced, but the dash still tells me that the fob battery is low. Finally, the reason for the delay was a fuel injector problem that was fixed. But while I told the service rep, I had a check engine signal that appeared twice and showed him a photo of the message in the cluster, it was not addressed until the tech saw the error again in the final test drive after all the other service was done. It makes me wonder about the thoroughness of communication or attention to detail by the tech. I guess can bring it back to have the tire checked. And the FOB battery replaced. Kind of a hassle though. More

My advisor Jeff was very courteous and professional. He recognized I had an appointment and attended to me right away. The overall dealership is warm and welcoming. Took my GT-4 in to reset the systems after work was performed. Diagnosis was quick and parts in stock. Got everything done quickly and easily.
