Entirely unacceptable service. I scheduled an appointment to have a warranty problem fixed on a 911 I bought from this dealership. Problem started within days of purchase. Was told the day before the appointment that no technician would get to my car for a week or more. Rescheduled the appointment for a month later expressly for the purpose of making sure a technician would be available and the necessary part could be pre-ordered. After living with the problem for, at that point, nearly two months, upon dropping off the car I learned that once again no one would get to it for weeks. So I drove the barely-running beater of a loaner they gave me for two more weeks waiting for someone even to look at my car. What makes it all worse is that now, a couple weeks after I finally got my car back, the same problem is happening again and I'm going to have to go through it all once more. If I could go back in time and never have done business with Porsche Plano, I would give almost anything for that to be the case. More
The dealership is made up of the people that work there and the quality of sales and service follow up. Manny in service and Andy in sales are both professionals and experts in their areas. There was a recall on the software on my Macan. I received a quick appointment to bring my automobile in. The day of service I was given a Lyft ride home instead of sitting and waiting on site. The worst Customer Service I have seen. No call backs when you are checking on your car. Service for my car was horrible they kept my car for 14 days. I brought it in for Engine Fault. Once I picked my car up on the 14th day, on the way home I get another message on the dashboard low on oil. My car is a 2022 with 3000 miles. For sure I changed dealerships. This review is for the service dept. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! I have an 18 panamera on lease w 24k miles. we bought tires from discount because the price at the dealership is insane. Discount THESE PEOPLE!!!! I have an 18 panamera on lease w 24k miles. we bought tires from discount because the price at the dealership is insane. Discount found some unusual disfiguring to the drum of one wheel. took video and went to porsche to see what they thought and if we could drive the car. they looked at the video and immediatly blamed us for damaging the wheel. imagine a bubbling in concentric distances around the wheel. I said I didnt hit anything but i brought the car to them to look at it. Upon inspection they said it was clearly our fault. Im doubting that but will have it further inspected. the real rub is that they tried to charge me 3300 for a new wheel and TPMS when i found the same wheel from several other dealerships for half or less than that. When i talked to the mechanic about the wheel and I said i thought the metal on the wheel is likely thinner than spec and was stressed he said no if the aluminum had been thinner, then it would be porous and leak air. I aske dif he was an engineer or had ever seen anything like this. both responses were no. These folks are dishonest and care 0 about their customers! More
