Couldn't be happier with the car and the experience that I had with the dealership. Mark was on vacation on my delivery day, but Chris Ramos took great care of me in his absence. I bought a used Mercedes GLE 350 from Porsche Plano. It was advertised as fixed-price, in keeping with the AutoNation policy, so there was no confusion there. There were no hidden fees or add-ons, just the expected tax, title and registration cost. Extended warranties were offered, but no hard sell. The salesman, Chris Ramos, was well-informed and easy to deal with. I paid cash for the SUV, and he agreed to deliver it. All very smooth and easy. A problem emerged very quickly, though - the battery was bad, and went dead after a day. This was not covered under the 4-month warranty that came with the vehicle - but I felt as a defect present at delivery, it should be repaired. (Not a simple task, as the passenger seat must be removed for battery access.) I expected an argument on this - but I was very pleased when Porsche Plano agreed to replace the battery, and provide a loaner car while it was done. It's now done, and the issue is resolved. This is the sort of customer focus expected of a top-tier dealer. Kudos to them and Chris Ramos in particular for excellent service. More
