Maybe the best part is that I NEVER felt that Mark was haggling, pushing or manipulating the process. He is down-to-earth & easy to talk to. We walked in around noon on 12/31 & drove a car off the lot before closing time. I could not have been more pleased. More

Although in the end I didn't end up buying a car, if the bonus fairies had been kinder I can't imagine I wouldn't have walked away with the Auburn Cayenne... or rather, drove.
