Entirely unacceptable service. I scheduled an appointment to have a warranty problem fixed on a 911 I bought from this dealership. Problem started within days of purchase. Was told the day before the appointment that no technician would get to my car for a week or more. Rescheduled the appointment for a month later expressly for the purpose of making sure a technician would be available and the necessary part could be pre-ordered. After living with the problem for, at that point, nearly two months, upon dropping off the car I learned that once again no one would get to it for weeks. So I drove the barely-running beater of a loaner they gave me for two more weeks waiting for someone even to look at my car. What makes it all worse is that now, a couple weeks after I finally got my car back, the same problem is happening again and I'm going to have to go through it all once more. If I could go back in time and never have done business with Porsche Plano, I would give almost anything for that to be the case. More

They said I had to use there financing department if I wanted to purchase a vehicle at there dealership. So, I went to another dealership instead. The dealership is made up of the people that work there and the quality of sales and service follow up. Manny in service and Andy in sales are both professionals and experts in their areas. I bought my 911 and the quality of sales and service follow up. Manny in service and Andy in sales are both professionals and experts in their areas. There was a recall on the software on my Macan. I received a quick appointment to bring my automobile in. The day of service I was given a Lyft ride home instead of sitting and waiting on site.
