I had called several dealerships looking for an allocation lane was turned away by all of them for not being a previous customer. David was the only one to offer me a build slot for my GT4RS. That alone speaks volumes about their friendliness and customer service. Thanks again, now enough typing and back to driving this amazing car!!! More

I bought a Porsche Macan from this dealership and it may have been the best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone is kind and helpful, the dealership is clean, and Meesha is outstanding. This is our 4th Porsche to purchase and we’ve worked with 7 dealerships in the past few months - the experience here is ab and Meesha is outstanding. I used to love this dealership, but things have changed since 1) the pandemic and 2) they were purchased by AutoNation. This is the second car I purchased at this location, both Panamera's. the first was a since 1) the pandemic and 2) they were purchased by AutoNation. This is the second car I purchased at this location, both Panamera's. the first was a GTS. But times I was promised free, unlimited, hand car washes for the life of the car. Since Covid they have stopped the car washes. they used Covid as an excuse for FAR TOO LONG, and now just admit the car washes are not coming back. I feel like that is a huge BAIT and SWITCH and now free hand car washes are standard for all "lux" car dealerships. We just bought a Cadilac Escalade from Crest Dealership in Frisco - they told us to come by every morning for coffee and a free hand card wash! I used to come by the Porsche dealership about twice a month for coffee and a car wash on Saturday mornings. I'd see Neal my salesman and my service provider. Look at new cars. Now I don't even know the name of my service provider and frankly not sure I want to purchaser another Porsche from this dealership. My 4-year service cost $4,400! The car has 20,000 miles on it. A 2019, purchased at the end of 2019 and then not driven during the pandemic and barely driven since. It's a brand-new car. $4,400?! Really?! And no free car washes AS PROMISED. Sooooo disappointing. They should at least honor the free car washes for the people they promised car washes to. But again, this is SOP now in dealership-land. This dealership used to be top notch but has become your typical AutoNation run of the mill dealership charging top prices but having little continuity and no value add. I don't think they are worthy of Porsche. More
