Porsche plano, always impress me. The service is quick, with extreme quality and I always feel welcome. No better place to buy a car and maintain a regular service. I have never received such poor service from a dealer, especially one from whom I bought a $100,000+ car . The first time we brought it in for issues, we did not get a loaner car and the dealership could especially one from whom I bought a $100,000+ car . The first time we brought it in for issues, we did not get a loaner car and the dealership could not perform service because they had to wait (FOR MONTHS) for parts - for a defective dashboard issue. Also, they could not at that visit or a subsequent visit, diagnose the cause of a noise , accompanied by lower power, that sounds like piston rings floating. I took the car in several months later for another problem when two splash guards under the car came unattached in a rain puddle. The dealership fixed the problem with the dashboard, because parts were finally available, but they couldn't fix the splashguards, because AGAIN the parts were not available. This time we got a loaner car. The dealership just reattached one damaged splashguard and left the other off, stating that it wasn't important. Still waiting for parts. If the spashguard was unnecessary than why was the car built with it? I think service has gone downhill since Auto Nation purchased the dealership. It has no business owning the dealership for a premium brand. Someone is doing a terrible job managing supply chain issues. More
