I’ve been servicing my car at Porsche Plano for a while now and working with Scotty has been nothing short of exceptional. I had a not-so-great experience a while ago at another Porsche service center, and now and working with Scotty has been nothing short of exceptional. I had a not-so-great experience a while ago at another Porsche service center, and ever since I switched to Porsche Plano, the difference has been night and day. Scotty’s communication is always on point, he keeps you in the loop, and genuinely makes you feel taken care of. I went in for a winter check up for my 2017 Macan S. My car was done, washed and ready in 2 hours. I even had time to test a new Cayenne S and was presented a trade in offer on my car.
