When it came time to close the deal they both made the experience a high quality one...limited back and forth, and they really worked with us to get to a good deal for both parties. We had a horrible experience with this dealership. Spoke with Teddy Santos and asked if we could come in and test drive a specific car because we were ready to purchase a corporate vehicle. He said yes and with Teddy Santos and asked if we could come in and test drive a specific car because we were ready to purchase a corporate vehicle. He said yes and we arranged a time. We drove over an hour to test drive and were told when we got there we couldn't test drive unless we bought it first. To make matter worse, he made us sit there for almost 45 minutes before they told us their policy. I don't have a problem with if that is the policy as long as they would have been honest about it. Also, I would have been happy to let them financially qualify us before we test drove one, but was not given that opportunity either. Worst car dealership experience ever. They don't even deserve one star but app made me put in a rating. More

Absolutely no negative experiences I have purchased several cars from this dealership. My first salesman was Ed Caster and the experience was so positive that I always requested him on I have purchased several cars from this dealership. My first salesman was Ed Caster and the experience was so positive that I always requested him on future purchases. He was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the vehicle that I was interested in and made appropriate recommendations based on his prior experience with me. I was able to test drive the model I selected with Ed as he pointed out the various features. Ed was able to locate the exact vehicle that I wanted from another dealership and arranged an exchange with them. On the delivery day, he went over every aspect of the myriad of the vehicle's "bells and whistles" and explained each nicely. He called me on the day following delivery to ask if I had any questions or concerns (which I did not). Frank, the financial advisor, explained all the various extended warranties available so that I could consider each depending on my anticipated driving experience. I arrived home with my new car much sooner that expected - total positive experience. More
