When I went on the search to purchase my 1st Porsche, I considered all of the local dealerships and was fortunate to walk into Len Stoler Porsche in Owings Mills. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly staff that took interest in helping with my goal to purchase a GT4. Most automotive purchases are a brief process, whereas customizing a Porsche to your own personal taste is an experience - and having experts like Chris Rolfe and Tom Neuse guide me through that process made it even more enjoyable. After 4 months when my car finally arrived, it was the tragedy of a Stop Sale from the factory requiring a new engine replacement before it could be delivered. The following 6 months were the longest I have ever endured waiting for a new engine and installation; however every time I stopped by the dealership Chris and Tom catered to my questions, gave me updates, and helped calm my frustration. You can really see the true colors of a company by how they handle problems, and the team at Len Stoler Porsche hit it out of the park. When delivery day finally arrived, I was treated like royalty and given the red carpet treatment as they performed the reveal and gave me a gift bag for my extended wait. We had a horrible experience with this dealership. Spoke with Teddy Santos and asked if we could come in and test drive a specific car because we were ready to purchase a corporate vehicle. He said yes and with Teddy Santos and asked if we could come in and test drive a specific car because we were ready to purchase a corporate vehicle. He said yes and we arranged a time. We drove over an hour to test drive and were told when we got there we couldn't test drive unless we bought it first. To make matter worse, he made us sit there for almost 45 minutes before they told us their policy. I don't have a problem with if that is the policy as long as they would have been honest about it. Also, I would have been happy to let them financially qualify us before we test drove one, but was not given that opportunity either. Worst car dealership experience ever. They don't even deserve one star but app made me put in a rating. More
