Really great, easy experience trading in my 2019 Macan and buying a new 2023 Macan. (1) No aggravating dragged out negotiation. I wasn't interested in haggling back and forth between dealerships and they and buying a new 2023 Macan. (1) No aggravating dragged out negotiation. I wasn't interested in haggling back and forth between dealerships and they made it easy for me. (2) Once we made a deal, the actual visit could not have been more efficient or easier! I live in Virginia, about 1.5 hours away, so taking half a day to do this would be a drag. I was in and out in roughly 1.5 hours, which was about 50% of the time it took me with a different MD dealership on my last Porsche. I was in at 10:15, out by 11:30-45 or so; back home by 1:15 p.m. That's huge - trading cars should not take your whole day! And this dealer showed me that they valued my time, which made me very happy. (3) Very kind, gracious folks there - everyone was great. Chris, Kevin - everyone was great. (4) They gave me the loveliest gift bag. Honestly, I was so focused on getting things taken care of that I didn't even notice this until I got home. But it was incredibly thoughtful and definitely made my day! Thank you, Porsche-Owings Mill! I'll be back!! More
I purchaa Ford car when they still owned the franchise. I was bamboozled into buying a service and maintenance plan that I won't be able to use. Don't fall for their scam. More

I purchased a used Cayenne S based upon this deals good rating and word of the salesman. After having the car shipped and delivered, two days and 60 miles of ownership a fault in the rear differential came rating and word of the salesman. After having the car shipped and delivered, two days and 60 miles of ownership a fault in the rear differential came up. Upon a Diagnostics download by Porsche the car required a new rear differential. Dealing with the salesman with this problem Has caused untold stress due to their not returning emails and phone calls. I am left with a very expensive repair bill that I must pay out of pocket, for a car I have driven 5 times. Salesman and dealership has a total lack of integrity. More
