Porsche Cayan Review We have never experienced a more ‘class act’, as we did when purchasing our pre-certified Porsche Cayan SUV this past week. My wife has always wanted a dream car like a Porsche and a ‘class act’, as we did when purchasing our pre-certified Porsche Cayan SUV this past week. My wife has always wanted a dream car like a Porsche and after saving in earnest for a few years, we were able to make it happen. We researched many dealers, went to a few, local Porsche dealers to test out both the Porsche Macan and the Porsche Cayan SUV’s and were tantalized by the Porsche Cayan SUV. It felt like we were part of Mission Control and had at our fingertips, every possible technology, from four-separate cameras that gave us every possible sight perspective, to the Porsche Control Center, with interactive mapping, media and more. We were sold on this dream car. We just needed to find a dealership and a representative that treated us fairly. After much research and calls to several area Porsche Dealers in the DMV, we hit GOLD! Porsche OwingsMills (https://www.porscheowingsmills.com/) and specifically, Kevin Kolesa (kkolesa@porscheowingsmills.net), was the most professional, fair and knowledgeable representative we have ever met in this industry. More than that, Kevin and his colleagues treated us like ‘we were their most important customer’. From the start, Kevin helped us identify the right Porsche Cayan for us and at the price he initially quoted. When we arrived to test out the vehicle, we were made to feel special by the entire Porsche team. I later found out that they are a family-owned Porsche dealership who have been around for several decades. After test driving the car for 20 minutes in local and highway traffic, we knew we had found the perfect Porsche car for us. Kevin answered all additional questions. We confidently and happily gave our deposit, returned the following week and picked up the car, which had been perfectly detailed for us. We were equally pleased with the Finance Manager, Tanya, who explained everything in a user-friendly way, offering us a few additional service options, explaining the pros and cons without putting any pressure on us either way. We received our documentation electronically and the whole process was both professional and personable. Our Porsche support specialist, Isaiah, took the time to help us understand all the intricacies of the Porsche Cayman SUV, calmly answering all our questions and giving us an in-depth, interactive tutorial. Driving the Porsche Cayman SUV home was special. It felt like we were riding on air, and I must say, there were many head turns along the way. In summary, if you are looking for the ‘Best of the Best’, Kevin, Isaiah, Tanya and the Porsche Team at Porsche Owings Mills are #1 by far! Love these guys p.s.
