My wife and I stopped by the dealership on a Sunday morning to just browse the inventory. Even though we were "casually" dressed and drove up in our Jeep, the salesman came right out to greet us. Wha morning to just browse the inventory. Even though we were "casually" dressed and drove up in our Jeep, the salesman came right out to greet us. What started out as a nonchalant stroll through the parking lot turned into an hour meeting inside ordering my wife's dream Cayenne S Coupe. Our salesman helped us through the entire build process and once the vehicle arrived at the dealership, he went through all the features and even set up the out of state delivery. Both the salesman and finance manager were awesome. We will definitely be buying another vehicle though this dealership. Thank you, guys! More

I had my first car maintenance schedule for my Cayenne. It was the best experience I had ever had compared to all the other dealerships like Mercedes, BMW or Infiniti. I came into the dealership knowing exactly what car I wanted. The Sales rep was nice and helpful and attended to us quickly to allow me to drive the Porsche. Dina Ryan in Finance was fabulous, knowledga wanted. The Sales rep was nice and helpful and attended to us quickly to allow me to drive the Porsche. Dina Ryan in Finance was fabulous, knowledgable, friendly and responsive. She took care of the the transactions quickly for us with the purchase of my new Porsche and got us on our way. Now by "new" I mean it is a used car but New to me. I was only given one key to the car when there should have been two. I had to wait about 3 wks to get my new key that I now have to get programmed at another dealership. Both keys should have been available at time of purchase. I also had to make a trip to the local dealer about 2 days from having the car to get more oil which is an annoyance as the car should have been all set to go. I wanted to purchase additional items for the car and my emails to another sales rep went unacknowledged. Zach in parts was very helpful and I did get my parts and key. Three of the tires were missing valve cap covers and I had to request those. I do not feel as if I received Porsche quality treatment post purchase and I would not buy a car from Porsche Orlando again nor will I recommend the dealership. Little things go a long way. For example, they could have sent a key ring along with the key but they did not. More
